A day with the style crone!

Started the day off today playing dress up with the fabulous STYLE CRONE.
These are just a few pictures of the pretty glittery, feathery and colorful treasures she has.

A day of rest...

I took a day off from blogging to make September 26th Taraz's birthday special for him!
I made not one but two pumpkin pies!!! This was a real trick for me being that I am not the best cook....
This was the end result, I have one pie left in my fridge and the one pictured was gone in 2 hours.
I think (hoped) he liked it and had a wonderful birthday.

Buffalo friends!

in Denver CO. Hope you take a visit there sometime not only is it an eye full to just see the diversity of great style, it is by far the best Buffalo Exchange I have ever been to!

Denver Diamond..

I spotted this Denver diamond on my way home from 16th street wanderings.
Her name is Briana and she is a 21 year old student at C.U. Boulder
she had a great outfit and this awesome biker like real leather jacket, it was to die for!
She was such a sweet heart and she looked like she should be strutting her stuff in NYC.

I was really inspired by 1920's Parisian cafe'.

Christian Dior - Fall Winter 2010/2011 Full Fashion Show Part 1 - High Q...

Black or Brown....? When picking the correct ensemble for the day I often make the decision if it is a black or brown day. Brown meaning earthy and more neutral based I am often reminded of an Art Nouveau feel, hippyish. Black meaning more man made artificial vibrant colors brighter hues stronger lines edgier in appearance. Not saying that you can't wear the two together don't get me wrong!
In conclusion to this Fall Winter I get a strong sense it will be a Brown Fall for me.

The first day of Fall today, I ushered in the moody day with an ornate leather vest.
Rich colors, pounds of jewels and scarves amplified my vest, giving my outfit a eastern European gypsy feel. I am extremely fond of mismatched patterns, rich colors, long skirts, layers, braids, pounds of jewels and boots this fall hope you enjoy~
